Complaints
I am a Freelance Solicitor and am regulated by the SRA (Solicitors Regulation Authority) (SRA ID 662839).
Should you feel the need to raise any complaint then this should be sent to me in writing and should be raised as soon as possible. Any complaint should be clear about what the issue is and how you would like it to be resolved. All complaints will need to be sent to office@lsjones.co.uk.
I will respond to your complaint as quickly as possible and will make best efforts to come to a resolution to it.
You must allow me up to eight weeks following receipt of the complaint to resolve the same.
If after eight weeks you are not satisfied with my response then you can refer the matter to the Legal Ombudsman either online www.legalombudsman.org.uk; or by post to Legal Ombudsman, PO Box 6167, Slough, SL1 0EH.

If your complaint relates to conduct (e.g. dishonesty, discrimination) then you can report me to the SRA.
Any complaint for dishonesty or failing to finish work for which I have been paid then you may be able to claim money from the Compensation Fund to cover any loss incurred. I am not trading as a Firm or as a Sole Practitioner.
