I am a Freelance Solicitor as authorised by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA ID 662839)

From receiving your enquiry, I will contact you to arrange a convenient time to meet with you. 

A set fee of £120.00 is payable for the first appointment this will be deducted from any final bill.

Following our initial meeting whereby I will go through your requirements and take instructions.  I will then draft documents and send the same to you by post or email for you to confirm the same, I would anticipate that you will receive them within 14 days or of our initial meeting. 

 

Upon receipt of these you need to respond to me within 14 days to confirm they are approved to or discuss any amendments. 

If I do not hear from you within 14 days it will be presumed that the documents are satisfactory and they will be sent to you for signature along with my final invoice.

If I feel that I cannot act for you or you need a greater level of services than I can provide, I will advise you of the same and confirm the same to you in writing and the fee for the initial attendance will be treated as the final invoice.
